Joel Wesonga is an aspiring corporate immigration lawyer and a law student at Western New England University School of Law. He is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals navigating the immigration system, particularly those seeking stability and opportunity through employment and business-based pathways. With a strong understanding of the legal and human challenges involved, Joel is driven to advance meaningful reform while ensuring regulatory compliance for businesses and organizations.

Prior to law school, Joel earned a Bachelor of Science & Arts in Sociology and Urban and Community Studies from the University of Connecticut. As a first-generation law student, he is committed to advocating for marginalized communities with compassion, integrity, and precision, bringing both personal insight and professional rigor to his pursuit of justice.
