EMERGING LEADERS COUNCIL
The Emerging Leaders Council is a board of emerging professionals from around the nation who are engaged and empowered by advancing our mission. The Council will focus on key advocacy areas—healthcare, legal, and education—and will serve as a research and proposal-generating body that informs the advocacy efforts of the Just Us Movement. Through this initiative, we aim to foster leadership development, deepen our advocacy impact, and build a robust network of future leaders aligned with our core values.

The Council consists of emerging professionals in fields such as law, medicine, and education who will research pressing issues, propose actionable solutions, and work with the broader organization to advocate for systemic change. What We Do The Emerging Leaders Council is a dynamic initiative within the Just Us Movement, designed to cultivate leadership and empower professional students to champion justice, equity, and access. This council serves as a vital think tank and advocacy platform, focusing on critical areas such as healthcare, education, and legal systems. Our Programming The council operates as a national network of emerging professionals in law, medicine and , education—who engage in meaningful research, propose actionable policy solutions, and implement advocacy campaigns. Through this program, participants develop leadership skills, gain real-world experience, and contribute to initiatives that tackle pressing societal issues. Structured into three committees focusing on healthcare, education, and legal advocacy, the council's collaborative model ensures targeted impact in each area.
